Your main duties as F&B Manager will include:
- Coordinating the team to ensure that F&B operation is at an optimal level in key areas including service, revenue generation and cost management
- Creating a culture which is service focused, positive and driven to succeed, open to change and creative in approach
- Providing a high quality service throughout the guests‘ stay, ensuring that all requests are carried out in a timely and efficient manner
- Fostering the talent within the department to ensure that the team is effective in their current roles and developed to the next level.
- Liaising with kitchen team to ensure smooth operation between kitchen and service
- Ensuring constant liaison with the Conference department
- Preparing weekly and monthly forecasts for restaurant, bar and room service
- Create a team that works together with trust and takes responsibility to meet the goals of the department / hotel
