Keeps a record of the arrival and departure of the hotel.
Co-ordinates group arrival and departures.
Addresses questions pertaining to room accommodations and rates.
Makes effort on low occupancy dates to maximize room revenue.
Maintains a favourable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and get business related information of the competition hotels.
Maintains a close co-ordination with the airline staff.
Facilitates guest check-in and check-out at the airport.
Presents options and alternatives to unreserved guests and offer assistance in making choice, types of available rooms as well as services of the property.
