Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Welcome all guests and visitors with warmth, creating an atmosphere woven around real conviviality.
- Being present and visible in the lobby, to be easily identifiable by guests as the person to whom they should go to.
- You will assist with the transfer, storage and handling of guest luggage and property, park and retrieve guest cars as requested
- Help guests with requests in a professional and polite manner
- Assists with directions, local information, and transportation
