The Bartender is responsible for serving the guests in providing the highest quality service possible while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hours of operation. The Bartender is also in charge of drink quality and standardization.

- Have a thorough knowledge of menus and be able to inform guests of dietary restrictions and allergies of each menu.
- Service guests with all food and beverage requirements in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Ensuring all beverages are of appropriate portions and mixed drinks and cocktails are correctly prepared and well balanced
- Ensuring wine by the glass service includes demonstration of the label when pouring tableside
- Collaborate with other bartenders, head bartenders and upper management on cocktail creation and implementation
- Be familiar with the operation of the P.O.S system.
- Perform cashiering functions by closing checks and preparing end of shift paperwork as instructed by management
- Perform opening and closing procedures and side-work duties according to station rotation assignment and established checklist.
- Ensure that tables and side stations are kept stocked, tidy and clean at all times.
- Service guests to the standard steps of service while implementing fundamental standards as outlined by management
- Consistently upsell food, beverage and promotional items to guests.
- Be familiar with fire extinguishers, locations and know how to use them.
- Obtain and deliver complete food and beverage orders, ensure bill is accurate and collect payment.
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction and end each interaction with a warm and sincere closing.
- Other duties as assigned.
