The Food and Beverage Assistant Manager (Food Quality) ensures the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance throughout the hotel. This role maintains and oversees the hotel’s entire food safety system, leads food safety training, conducts internal audits, and coordinates the Food Safety Team to promote a proactive food safety culture.
