You are passionate about local produce. There is no such a thing as a simple dish because you are all about creating gastronomic experiences for our guests. You are a key part for the success of the daily kitchen operations.
You have previous experience in pizza making, including dough handling, sauce preparation and oven operation.
You are trade qualified and available to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays.
What you will be doing:
Work with Executive Chef and Sous Chef to supervise all operational aspects of the kitchen and related venues, including conference & events.
