What you'll do…

Lead and motivate the night team, conduct high-energy briefings, and ensure smooth overnight operations
Train, coach, and support the Night Audit; assist and cover the Night Manager across all tasks
Oversee Front Desk standards (LQA) and handle tricky guest situations with confidence
Monitor Accor-specific systems (FastCom, Hotellink, ResaWeb) and manage all digital guest communication via E-mail, Duve, and OTA platforms
Manage reservations, guest profiles, room inventory, and overbooking strategies in Opera Cloud
Prepare and run End-of-Day (Night Audit) procedures, including Credit Limit and Rate checks
Manage online payments from third-party platforms (Stripe, Adyen) and balance them accurately in Opera Cloud
Handle open PMs, open folios, No-Show activities, and generate revenue and statistics reports
Act as the person in charge of building security during the night – conduct regular rounds and lead emergency procedures if required
Liaise with local authorities and emergency services when necessary and file detailed Incident Reports
Manage inventory for the Hox Shop, prepare and deliver Breakfast Bags, and coordinate the morning Buffet Breakfast setup
