Operate pizza ovens efficiently and safely, adjusting baking techniques to achieve optimal texture, flavor, and presentation
Ensure all ingredients are prepared, stored, and used according to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper mise en place of the pizza section at all times
Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods
Support daily kitchen operations, including prep work and service coordination, in a fast-paced environment
Assist in training and mentoring junior team members when required
Contribute ideas for menu development, specials, and continuous improvement of pizza offerings
Follow company policies, recipes, and standard operating procedures consistently
