Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Lead all front-of-house operations across breakfast and dinner services.
- Set, uphold, and evolve service standards that reflect calm confidence, precision, and polish.
- Oversee scheduling, labor strategy, and daily operational readiness for a high-volume, reservation-driven restaurant.
- Ensure seamless execution of private dining experiences and experiential service moments.
Experience & Storytelling
- Translate Parker’s chef-driven, seasonal culinary vision into a cohesive, emotionally resonant guest experience.
- Partner closely with Culinary leadership to align pacing, storytelling, and interactive moments.
- Champion a cellar-forward wine program that enhances the menu and elevates the dining narrative.
- Maintain consistency of tone, grounded, generous, and intentional, across all services.
People Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a large front-of-house team through mentorship, accountability, and trust.
- Inspire commitment and high performance by enrolling buy-in rather than directing through authority.
- Foster a culture of ownership, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
- Act as a visible, composed leader in the room, especially during high-pressure or high-impact services.
