As a Front Office Team Member, you will take care of guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure, ensuring they have a memorable experience with us. You will greet guests warmly, complete check-ins and check-outs, respond to requests, and settle accounts while providing exceptional customer service. You will also take initiative to create personalized guest experiences and proudly promote hotel facilities and services, identifying opportunities to enhance each guest’s stay through up-selling.
