Quality Assurance & Inspection: Counter-check all processed items to ensure they are spotlessly clean, damage-free, and properly pressed before delivery.
Operational Leadership: Supervise daily laundry, dry cleaning, and valet activities, organizing work schedules and conducting daily briefings to align the team on guest priorities and VIP requirements.
Guest Request Fulfillment: Ensure meticulous adherence to specific guest instructions, such as light starch, specific folding techniques, or urgent service timelines.
Financial & Administrative Control: Accurately record guest charges in the Opera Property Management System, manage inventory for chemicals and supplies, and assist with departmental performance reports.
Safety & Maintenance: Regularly check laundry machinery (e.g., filters, press covers) for defects and ensure staff use all equipment and cleaning chemicals safely and properly.
Team Development: Train staff in LQA (Luxury Quality Assessment) standards and mentor the team on high-end textile care and spotting procedures.
