Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional, and personalized service in line with Raffles luxury standards.
- Greet and seat guests in a courteous and elegant manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Present menus, explain dishes, and provide recommendations on food and beverage offerings, including Italian specialties and pairings.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and service standards are maintained.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials.
- Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout service.
- Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Promote restaurant offerings, upsell menu items, and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
- Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and operational standards at all times.
- Support closing duties, including cleaning and resetting tables and service areas.
