The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting and executing all marketing activities and brand initiatives for the hotel.
The role focuses on enhancing brand awareness, increasing hotel exposure, supporting revenue generation, and maintaining the luxury image of the property through digital marketing, social media, events and promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Branding
Assist in developing and implementing annual marketing and communication plans.
Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with Rixos brand standards and luxury positioning.
Coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and hotel activations.
Support brand visibility across all online and offline platforms.
Digital Marketing & Social Media:
Manage and update social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
Coordinate content creation including photos, videos, reels, and promotional materials.
Monitor social media engagement and respond professionally when required.
Prepare monthly social media and digital marketing performance reports.
Content & Creative Coordination
Work closely with designers, photographers, influencers, and agencies.
Assist in preparing marketing materials such as flyers, posters, menus, newsletters, and presentations.
Ensure all content reflects the hotel’s luxury image and brand identity.
Public Relations & Events:
Support in organizing hotel events, media visits, influencer collaborations, and PR activities.
Maintain positive relationships with media partners and suppliers.
Coordinate internal communication for hotel activities and campaigns.
Market Analysis
Monitor competitors’ marketing activities and market trends.
Collect and analyze customer feedback and campaign performance.
Provide recommendations to improve brand awareness and guest engagement.
Administrative Support:
Maintain marketing files, contracts, and supplier records.
Support budget tracking and purchase requests related to marketing activities.
Prepare reports and presentations for management meetings.
