The Corporate P&L Manager at Altera Semiconductor is a senior finance leadership role responsible for end‑to‑end enterprise Profit & Loss ownership and corporate financial strategy. This role partners closely with Finance leadership, Strategy, Operations, and executive stakeholders to deliver decision‑ready insights that shape business performance, long‑term planning, and investment priorities across the company.
Own Altera’s enterprise‑level P&L, including actuals, short‑ and long‑term forecasts, assumptions, scenarios, and variance analysis.
Lead corporate‑wide planning and forecasting cycles with strong calendar orchestration and cross‑functional coordination.
Integrate inputs from Finance, Strategy, Accounting, and business units into a cohesive enterprise financial narrative.
Drive the enterprise business case and investment evaluation process, supporting strategic and capital allocation decisions.
Deliver executive‑level storytelling, materials, and insights for senior leadership and Board of Directors reviews.
Provide outside‑in benchmarking, market analysis, and competitive financial perspectives.
Support ad‑hoc analyses, M&A financial evaluation, and high‑impact strategic initiatives.

Must‑Have Qualifications (Required)
8+ years of progressive experience in Corporate FP&A, P&L management, Corporate Finance, or Financial Strategy.
Proven ownership of company‑wide or business‑unit P&L and enterprise financial planning processes.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis, and analytical skills.
Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the semiconductor, hardware, or advanced technology industry.
MBA, CFA or advanced degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline.
Background in management consulting, investment banking, or equity research.
Experience supporting M&A transactions or strategic investments.
People leadership experience in complex, matrixed environments.
