We are looking for a highly analytical and collaborative Demand Planning Analyst to join Altera’s Global Supply Chain organization. This role is responsible for supporting demand planning activities that help align customer demand with supply chain execution, improve forecast visibility, and enable strong customer support across the business.

This position will work closely with Supply Planning, Customer Operations, Sales, Product Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to support forecasting, demand analysis, and supply chain decision-making.
Support monthly and quarterly demand planning and forecast review processes
Analyze customer demand trends, bookings, backlog, and supply-demand alignment
Partner closely with Supply Chain, Customer Operations, Sales, and Product teams to support customer fulfillment and operational execution
Monitor forecast accuracy, forecast bias, and key supply chain KPIs
Help identify demand risks and opportunities impacting customer commitments and supply readiness
Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive-level summaries for demand and supply reviews
Support scenario analysis and demand modeling to improve planning decisions
Maintain and improve data quality, planning processes, and reporting automation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve responsiveness, execution, and customer experience
Support continuous improvement initiatives across forecasting, analytics, and operational processes
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related field
2+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, operations, customer operations, or business analytics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple functions
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Experience in semiconductor or high-tech industry
Familiarity with demand planning or ERP systems (e.g., Blue Yonder, SAP, Oracle)
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
Understanding of forecasting, supply chain operations, and customer fulfillment processes
