The Influencer Manager will lead influencer outreach, relationship management, and campaign execution to support brand growth and engagement initiatives. This role is responsible for identifying influencer partnerships, negotiating collaborations, managing campaign performance, and ensuring successful execution across multiple social media platforms.
Influencer Outreach & Negotiation
Identify potential influencer and brand partnership opportunities
Pitch collaborations and manage outreach efforts
Handle negotiations related to deliverables, usage rights, timelines, and rates
Campaign Management
Oversee influencer campaigns from planning through execution
Ensure all campaign deliverables are completed on time and within budget
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers
Ensure influencers remain aligned with brand values and campaign objectives
Foster long-term partnerships that support continued collaboration
Social Media & Content Strategy
Collaborate with the social media team to align content with campaign goals
Manage influencer content calendars and monitor engagement across platforms
Reporting & Analytics
Track campaign metrics including engagement rates and conversions
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve future influencer campaigns
Experience
3+ years of experience in influencer marketing with a focus on outreach, contract negotiation, and campaign management
Experience managing influencer partnerships across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Experience tracking campaign performance and analyzing ROI
Skills
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and engagement metrics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with influencers and clients
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and optimize strategies
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
