Our client is a profitable, bootstrapped Enterprise SaaS company solving one of the most critical challenges in tech: data privacy compliance. Their AI-powered Data Privacy Governance platform — built on patented technology — is trusted by Fortune 100 organizations to manage GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy regulations at scale.
This is not a pre-revenue startup. They have proven product-market fit, established enterprise sales, and a mission that matters: making data privacy a standard, not an afterthought.
You'll own the full implementation lifecycle for enterprise clients — from kickoff to go-live — acting as the connective tissue between Fortune 100 stakeholders and internal engineering teams. Think less "status updater," more trusted delivery authority.
This role is ideal for someone who has lived in both engineering and project management worlds and knows how to earn respect from both sides of the table.
Lead end-to-end implementations of an AI-powered privacy compliance platform for enterprise clients
Serve as the primary client-facing contact throughout delivery — you set the tone, pace, and confidence level
Drive developer accountability: track tasks, monitor quality, enforce deadlines without micromanaging
Proactively surface and resolve blockers before they become escalations
Maintain crisp project documentation, status reports, and executive-level communication
Act as a product expert and trusted advisor during the implementation phase
Required:
5+ years in technical project management within a B2B SaaS environment
Strong technical fluency with cloud-based platforms (you understand how software is built and deployed)
Demonstrated experience managing multiple enterprise implementations simultaneously
Exceptional written and verbal communication in English — you're as comfortable in a C-suite call as you are in a developer standup
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (product, engineering, support)
Bachelor's degree or higher
Availability to work Eastern Time hours (core overlap through 4 PM ET)
Strong Advantage:
Background as a Software Engineer who transitioned into project/program management
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, etc.)
High ethical standards, honesty, and transparency
Proactive, energetic, involved in company life, and provides feedback
Customer-centric approach
Comfortable working in a fast-changing startup environment
Collaborative team player, commitment to data privacy
You default to transparency — with clients, teammates, and leadership
You're proactive, not reactive; you anticipate problems before they surface
You're comfortable with ambiguity and can create structure in fast-moving environments
You care about privacy as a principle, not just a product category
Stable company, real impact — profitable SaaS with Fortune 100 clients, not a burn-rate startup
Full remote flexibility — work from anywhere, overlap ET hours through 4 PM
Competitive USD compensation — $3,500–$5,000/month, regardless of your location
Mission-driven culture — privacy advocacy is core to who they are, not a marketing tagline
Expert leadership — you'll learn from and work alongside senior industry practitioners
