Design Specialist
We’re looking for a Design Specialist to create engaging visual concepts and bring ideas to life across a range of communication, advertising, and promotional materials.
In this role, you’ll work closely with teams across marketing, sales, and product to understand project goals and gather the information needed to deliver effective creative solutions. You’ll contribute ideas, develop designs, and help ensure all outputs align with the company’s brand and objectives.
You’ll also collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand technical requirements, translating complex information into clear and visually compelling designs.
This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving. You’ll work on a variety of day-to-day design tasks, using your judgment to choose the best approach within established guidelines. While most work will follow standard processes, you’ll also have the opportunity to suggest improvements and adapt methods where needed.
You’ll be expected to manage your own workload with minimal supervision, while seeking guidance on new or more complex projects. Building strong working relationships with both internal teams and external partners will be key to delivering successful outcomes.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:
$74,700.00-96,500.00 USDThe actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to a base salary and bonus plans, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific information regarding bonus eligibility and benefits offerings.
