About thePosition:
The Senior Growth Strategy Directoris responsible fordriving the growth of the StrategicBusiness Unit (SBU) byidentifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities. Thisrole combines strategic planning with direct business development execution, leading effortsacross the full opportunity lifecycle, from opportunity identification through deal execution,while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-impact growth.

WhatYou’llDo:
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new growth opportunities aligned with long-term SBUobjectives, including market expansion, service line growth, and targeted client segments.
Develop and implement strategic growth plans, translating high-level priorities intoactionable initiatives that support revenue generation and market positioning.
Lead the planning and structuring of business development efforts across the opportunitylifecycle, including opportunity identification, qualification, andpursuitstrategy.
Partner with Business Development and proposal teams, ensuring alignment with client needs, pricing strategy, andorganizational capabilities.
Support the development of pricing approaches, deal structuring, and overall positioningstrategies to enhance win probability and long-term value.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Operations, Client Services,Recruitment, Finance, and Legal, to ensure growth initiatives arefeasible, appropriatelyscoped, and positioned for successful execution.
Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive activity to inform growth strategiesand provide insights to senior leadership.
Track and evaluate the performance of growth initiatives, providing reporting andrecommendations tooptimizeoutcomes and refine strategy.
Develop frameworks, tools, and processes that improve consistency, scalability, andeffectiveness across business development and growth efforts.
Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership and business development teams, providingguidance on opportunity strategy, market positioning, and execution planning.
Support the expansion and strengthening of client relationships by aligning growthstrategies with client priorities and long-term partnership opportunities.
WhatYou’llBring:
Five years of sales and management experience, preferably in healthcare staffing and/orconsultingservices.
Bachelor's degree, preferred.
Possess an overall knowledge of business functionsand understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, andjob’simpacttothe organization.
