The City and County of Denverutilizesa hybrid model workplace that balances the responsibilities of public service with the benefits of a flexible work environment. Employees work where needed, at a city site and/or in the community several days a week. In this position you can expect to work on site at least three days a week at theDenver Workforce Center at Montbello (4685 Peoria St., Suite 251, 80239). Employees must work within the state of Colorado on their off-site days.

This position provides professional-level operational, administrative, coaching and career navigation support to Denver Workforce Services customers and industry partners to support the overall vision/mission/values of DEDO.
This position willassistcustomers within the various Workforce Centers, researchjobsand career specific pathways, and serve as a career navigation coach to job seekers. In addition, the position will support program participants through coordinating training, employment, andappropriate careerservices, in coordination with the one-stop and contracted partners.
