We are seeking a service-driven Pool Server & Attendant to provide excellent service to all our guests at the hotel’s outdoor pool. The Pool Server enjoys creating a first-class experience on our pool deck with a passion for people, fun, and delicious food and beverages as well as maintaining an active presence around the pool area, ensuring cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
This role is ideal for someone who is an energetic, guest-focused individual with a warm, friendly personality, combining 5-star service etiquette with high physical stamina. In addition, the individual is a proactive team player who excels at multitasking in a fast-paced environment - serving food and drinks, maintaining a clean, well-stocked area, and monitoring safety – while comfortably working in hot, outdoor conditions for extended periods of time.
This is a Seasonal Part-Time position that requires the availability to work 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for the season May - August.
Specifically, as the Pool Server and Attendant, your primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
