PositionOverview:
The Senior Manager, Product Portfolio & Strategy will play a key role in shaping the future product roadmap across Bayliner, Trophy, and Heyday brands. This role is responsible for developing and executing long-term product portfolio strategies that align with customer needs, market trends, and overall business objectives.
The ideal candidate will serve as a cross-functional leader, partnering closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, marketing, and product development teams to guide product lifecycle strategy, influence future model development, and drive execution across the organization. This individual will act as a key voice of the customer and dealer network, leveraging market insights and product performance data to help deliver industry-leading products and experiences.
This position can be based near one of Brunswick’s key boating hubs, including Edgewater, FL (preferred), Knoxville, TN, or the greater Chicago/Mettawa area.

EssentialFunctions:
Develop and execute product portfolio strategies aligned with long-term brand and business objectives across Bayliner, Trophy, and Heyday.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitive benchmarking, and product performance data to help shape future product roadmap decisions and lifecycle strategies.
Partner cross-functionally to support profitable product decisions, optimize product positioning, and improve overall portfolio performance across the brands.
Ensure deadlines are met for sales and service agreement, annual planning targets, and order deadline dates
Collaborate with dealer networks and internal stakeholders to gather product feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and influence future product enhancements and innovations.
Execute product strategy for all Bayliner models delivering business case andchartersreviews (Gate 0 and 1) for new products within HPPD process that will provide scope of work for design and engineering to create world class industry leading products.
Work closely with sales and PD&E whilemonitoringexisting product performance to shape model yearactivitiesdeliveringoptimalproduct lifecycle management.
Collects and analyzes competitive market and pricing information to develop compelling insights tofacilitatedata-based category strategies and drive sales/share growth
Works closely with each brands' marketing department on sales and marketing tools including catalogs, brochures, website content, etc. to support dealers' sales efforts
Coordinates closely with dealer, brand personnel to ensureappropriate boatshow presentations and regional sales and marketing events occur
Establishesand maximizes strong dealer and customer relationships – strong negotiating skillsrequired.
Provides input to the General Manager and Sales Director on pricing,programsand promotions
Carry out specific training programs for dealers whenrequired.
Manages expensebudgetinatimelyand efficient manner.
Provides current sales & market information, including forecasting, salesactivityand competition information.

Required Qualifications:
4-year bachelor's degree in related field
5+ years of experience in product management, product portfolio strategy, product marketing, or related commercial/product leadership roles, preferably within the marine, powersports, automotive, aerospace, or consumer durable goods industries.
Required travel ofapproximately50%to 75%
Must resolve complex issues to the satisfaction of multiple parties
Must develop creative ways to address and resolve internal and external issues
Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting and selling; including ability to create presentations in power point, and advance excel skills
Must be a self-starter capable of working both independently, as well as part of ateamand have proven attention to detail.
Ability to interpret and analyze market, customer, and product performance data to develop portfolio and product strategies.
Ability to build relationships and credibility among key stakeholders internally and with dealernetworkexternally.
The hiring range for this position is$103,200 to $144,000,annually. The actual base pay offered will vary based on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This
