Drive new business growth by identifying and developing promising prospects
Conduct in-depth consultations to assess client needs and recommend optimal insurance products
Sell and cross-sell a comprehensive suite of insurance solutions, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
Build and nurture strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and ensuring policy optimization
Consistently exceed sales targets to drive both personal and agency-wide success
Stay informed about insurance products and industry regulations
Utilize CRM tools for lead tracking, follow-ups, and managing policy renewals
Collaborate in team meetings and contribute to broader agency growth strategies
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Confidence in outbound sales and closing new business
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (preferred or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual skills are a strong asset
