What You’ll Do
Prospect and engage new clients through outbound calling, follow-up, networking, and referrals
Assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions in Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial coverage
Achieve monthly production goals through proactive selling and cross-selling
Follow up promptly on open quotes and agency-provided leads
Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships
Maintain organized and accurate policy records using CRM tools
Participate actively in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional growth activities
What You Bring
At least 1 year of experience in sales, insurance, or customer-facing roles
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable with outbound calls, digital communication, and face-to-face engagement
Goal-oriented with a strong drive for professional growth
Quick learner with the ability to master insurance products, systems, and compliance
Property & Casualty and/or Life license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual ability is a plus
