Accomplished, professional Bartender preferably with Relais & Chateau and/or Forbes 5-Star experience.
- Craft and prepare cocktails with precision, creativity, and consistency while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of spirits, wines, craft beers, and non-alcoholic beverages to provide expert recommendations to guests
- Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality, creating memorable experiences for all patrons
- Manage bar inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate ordering with management to ensure optimal product availability
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations at all times
- Develop and present signature cocktails and seasonal beverage menus that reflect the establishment's brand and culinary vision
- Maintain impeccable bar presentation, cleanliness, and organization to uphold luxury hospitality standards
