Main Responsibilities
Programme management and co-ordination
- Contribute to the delivery of the Division’s programme of work, supporting the implementation of policy projects and analytical outputs.
- Support the co-ordination of project activities, including timelines, inputs and deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs.
- Assist in the organisation and follow-up of project-related activities, including meetings, workshops and internal co-ordination.
Research, Analysis and Drafting
- Conduct research and analysis on key public governance issues, including country-specific policy challenges and reform initiatives.
- Contribute to policy assessments and the development of proposals, drawing on good practices and comparative data across OECD countries.
- Monitor and analyse emerging issues relevant to public governance and resilient economic growth, contributing to the Division’s analytical work.
- Draft clear, concise contributions to policy reviews, analytical reports, working papers and publications, including technical notes and annexes, as well as policy briefs and other communications aimed at non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate, within the Organisation, on multi-disciplinary horizontal work.
Dissemination, Liaison, and Outreach
- Support the dissemination of knowledge products through a variety of channels, including contributing to the organisation of policy events, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities, targeting the audiences that will promote maximum impact.
- Liaise with officials in national administrations and international organisations, as well as colleagues across the OECD, as appropriate.
- Contribute to the preparation and participate in missions to member and partner countries as required.
- Contribute to the preparation of briefing materials and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
