Role:
- Ensures customer satisfaction by addressing quality concerns, implementing improvement initiatives, and maintaining compliance with industry standards
Main functions and responsibilities :
- Technical analysis of parts claimed by the customer (Km.0 & Warranties) and review of results.
- Promotion of preventive and corrective measures in product and/or manufacturing process, in coordination with Plant Quality, Production, Processes and R&D departments.
- Develop daily tasks in accordance with the environmental policy implemented and environmental objectives defined in the organization.
- Follow-up of incidents and effectiveness of implemented actions.
- Coordination of contingency actions and control of their economic impact.
- Follow-up and approval of product modifications.
- Coordination and leadership in audits and customer visits.
- Participation / Definition of protocols and EOLT release processes.
- Leader of PSW, PPAP, ANPQP activities with new modifications/releases at customer ensuring customer quality requirements.
- Participation / Definition of EOLT release protocols and processes
