- Working with customer portals (VW, Mercedes-Benz, etc.):
a) New customer RFQ specifications;
b) Processing new RFQ versions;
c) Processing changes in RFQ terms;
d) B2B Platform: new user confirmation, new user ID set-up, Partner Team registration, application access provision, user account deletion, password reset, etc.
- Monthly reporting on quality, customer satisfaction, etc.
