Purpose (Why does the position exist?)
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning to align resources with strategic priorities • Maintain strong internal controls, policy compliance, and audit readiness
- Maintain continuity of leadership and critical finance partnering capability, with a succession plan for the Business Controller role
- Assist Business Controller on daily operations
- Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards
Areas of Responsibility:
- Decision making support for local management
- Have an active role as a financial expert in the management team
- Act as a catalyst for new business ideas
- Challenge the management team with constructive financial perspectives
- Support for monthly operative reporting, delivered on time and with good quality in accordance with group policies, including reporting to group systems (e.g., Onestream) and to business management
- Analyze and filter financial data, draw conclusions, and propose observations and recommendations to the local management team Partial Qualitative
Focus on the following financial tasks:
o P/L, B/S and KPI analysis
o Cost structure development o Assets management
o Cash flow analysis
o Customer / project / product / agreement profitability
o Forecasting
o Annual and strategic long-term planning
o Maintenance of local ERP financial parameters
Finance part of operational risk management:
o Contractual guarantees
o AR collections
o Credit policy implementation
o Insurance policy
o Contractual guidelines
o Other operational financial risks
o Support on ERP/ SAP systems change management
