Come join our global team as a Global Sales Training Specialist and play a key role in developing world-class sales capabilities across our worldwide network.
In this role, you will design, deliver, and continuously improve our global sales training programs—ensuring that sales teams, agents, resellers, and internal staff are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and follow up on global sales training sessions (onsite and online).
- Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, and eLearning content.
- Manage training schedules, reporting, and analytics within the KLA LMS.
- Deliver product and sales training to internal teams, agents, and distributors.
- Create multi‑level training formats (e.g., 2‑day trainings, 1‑hour virtual sessions, micro‑learning).
- Support the global sales organization with training material and sales arguments.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Training teams to ensure accurate and updated sales content.
Additional Tasks
- Coordinate your own travel and assist international visitors when needed.
- Gather and share product and market insights cross‑functionally.
