The Order Handler position is a key driver of a smooth, positive order experience—supporting all aspects of order entry and coordination. In this dynamic role, you’ll respond to internal inquiries, manage tracking and expediting, and quickly resolve or route order issues to the right teams.

You Will:
· Provide an exceptional experience by delivering timely, professional, and accurate support for all order-related inquiries.
· Proactively monitor and manage incoming requests through shared communication channels (such as a central inbox), ensuring timely responses and efficient resolution.
· Collaborate with global teams, including Sales, Logistics, Factories, PDMs, and Operations, to resolve order discrepancies and fulfillment challenges.
· Take ownership of concerns, driving appropriate actions to ensure satisfaction and foster continuous improvement.
· Develop and maintain clear workflow and process documentation to support efficient, streamlined operations.
· Support order tracking and expediting efforts to meet timelines and customer expectations.
· Actively participate in team meetings, contributing ideas to enhance processes and share best practices.
