The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for following up with inbound leads and unsold estimates to convert existing opportunities into booked jobs. This role is focused on consistent outreach, strong communication, and driving revenue through effective follow-up, ensuring no opportunities are lost within the pipeline.
Lead Follow-Up & Pipeline Management
Follow up with unsold estimates, missed inbound calls, and existing leads within the pipeline
Re-engage dormant opportunities and move them toward conversion
Maintain consistent and timely communication with prospects
Outbound & Inbound Outreach
Conduct outreach via SMS platforms such as Chirp, phone calls, and email follow-ups
Personalize communication to increase engagement and response rates
CRM Management & Tracking
Maintain accurate records within ServiceTitan
Track all interactions, follow-ups, and lead progression
Ensure the pipeline remains organized, clean, and up to date
Performance & Reporting
Track key metrics including contact rates, conversion rates, and booked jobs from follow-up efforts
Identify opportunities to improve follow-up effectiveness and conversion performance
Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with internal teams to align on messaging and outreach timing
Support improvements in follow-up processes and workflows
Experience
3+ years of experience in sales development, lead follow-up, or customer-facing roles
Experience working with inbound leads and managing pipeline follow-up
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Comfortable conducting outreach via phone, SMS, and email
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Results-driven mindset with a focus on conversion and revenue impact
Consistent, proactive, and disciplined approach to follow-up
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Fluent English, both written and verbal
