Fully Remote (Work from Home) | Flexible Hours (40 hours/week)
The Sales Manager will operate in a player-coach capacity, combining hands-on consultative selling with support for the broader sales function. This role involves managing technical sales conversations, guiding customers through complex purchasing decisions, and contributing to the development of sales processes. Success in this role requires strong product understanding, clear communication, and the ability to translate technical details into practical recommendations for customers.
Client Engagement & Technical Sales
Conduct technical sales calls to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Engage with prospects via live chat (Chatra), phone and text (Quo), and email
Answer detailed technical questions related to products, installation, and requirements
Build trust with customers through clear, consultative communication
Solution Development
Develop tailored recommendations based on customer requirements and technical constraints
Collaborate with product and technical teams to align solutions with customer needs
Present complex technical information in a clear and accessible way
Sales Pipeline Support
Track leads and follow-ups using Google Sheets (CRM implementation planned)
Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline organization
Support the sales team in moving opportunities through the pipeline
Sales Process Contribution
Contribute to refining and improving sales processes as the business scales
Support the transition toward expanded sales coverage and operational efficiency
Experience
3–5 years of B2C sales experience, ideally in a technical or consultative sales environment
Experience handling high-ticket sales and guiding customers through complex purchasing decisions (preferred)
Skills
Strong ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong rapport-building skills with a customer-first approach
Intellectual curiosity and ability to quickly learn complex product details
Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Ability to operate independently while collaborating with a broader team
Familiarity with tools such as Chatra, Quo, Shopify, and Google Sheets (preferred)
Technical aptitude related to electrical systems, construction, or installation considerations (preferred)
Effective technical sales conversations that convert leads into opportunities
Clear, confident communication that helps customers make informed decisions
Strong pipeline management with consistent follow-ups and organization
Contribution to improved sales processes and team performance
