About Intus Care:
IntusCare is the only end-to-end ecosystem built specifically to help Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) programs deliver exceptional care, strengthen financial performance, and stay compliant. IntusCare replaces outdated technology and manual workarounds with purpose-built solutions for care coordination, risk adjustment, population health, and utilization management. We empower teams to take control of their operations and improve outcomes for dual-eligible seniors- some of the most socially vulnerable and clinically complex individuals in the US healthcare system.
Role Overview
IntusCare is seeking an IT Systems & Identity Specialist to join our IT team under our IT Manager. This is a hands-on role supporting both our internal operations and the technical infrastructure that powers our healthcare technology products. You'll own support for our workforce, manage user access across our cloud and SaaS environments, and contribute to the day-to-day systems administration that keeps IntusCare running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity to grow technical depth across identity management, systems administration, and IT operations in a healthcare technology setting.

• Support: Handle inbound IT support tickets for laptop issues, software
configuration, and general IT troubleshooting. Escalate complex issues
appropriately and track resolution through completion.
• Device Lifecycle Management: Manage the procurement, imaging, deployment,
and lifecycle of Mac and Windows laptops. Coordinate with vendors, track
inventory, and ensure devices are configured and ready for end users.
• User Provisioning & Deprovisioning: Manage user lifecycle in Microsoft Entra ID
and third-party SaaS applications, including account creation, role assignment,
license management, and offboarding.
• Access Control & Troubleshooting: Administer user groups, application access,
and multi-factor authentication (MFA). Troubleshoot authentication issues and
access denials across our systems.
• Third-Party System Configuration: Support configuration, integration, and
troubleshooting of third-party systems including SaaS applications and
healthcare-specific tools.
• Ticket & Workflow Management: Log, prioritize, and track support requests
using Jira Service Manager. Maintain clear documentation of issues,
resolutions, and runbooks.• IT Operations: Contribute to IT infrastructure documentation, process improvement, and support broader IT initiatives under the IT Manager’s
direction.
• Automation: As we deploy automated systems (user provisioning agents, ticket
triage AI, device lifecycle automation), you'll identify gaps, edge cases, and
improvement areas. Your real-world observations directly inform agent
development priorities.
