We are seeking a motivated Business Process Modeler and Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to drive efficiency and support strategic goals. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to transform business requirements into robust and scalable process models.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Design and Facilitation: Participate in / lead process design workshops to capture and document the requirements of process owners and other subject matter experts;
- Process Harmonization and Standardization: Bridge different business units by promoting the use of standard processes. Your work will be crucial in harmonizing and standardizing processes to increase efficiency and consistency;
- Documentation and Quality Assurance: Hold responsibility for the correct, consistent, and error-free documentation of all business processes within our BPM tool (Signavio);
- Tool Adherence and Raising-Awareness: Proactively promote adherence to updates and changes in our tools and working methods.
