As Manager Business Development you are
⢠developing actionable business strategies and facilitating deployment in the organization
⢠providing advisory to all functions inside the Regional PT organization for "AA" (Asia, Middle East, Russia, Africa) in developing their strategy
⢠leading cross-functional strategic projects
⢠evaluating potential new business fields and their strategic fit
⢠preparing top management presentations Main Responsibilities
⢠Development of regional cross-BU strategy
⢠Long-term strategic planning - Contributing to the strategy development process in alignment with the management board and with support of other departments
⢠Business Field Analysis - Conduct analysis and assessment of new and existing business fields
⢠Strategic projects - Support the head of department, the Regional President and the PT/AA organization in strategic projects, e.g. growth initiatives, organizational development or restructuring activities
⢠Mergers & Acquisition - Responsible to analyze and recommend merger and acquisition targets as well as potential partnerships with other companies; support in acquisition and post-merger integration projects. You will be working closely with the management board and other internal and external stakeholders such as the executive management board, other Bosch business development departments, central and regional departments (e. g. marketing, engineering, controlling) as well as external intelligence agencies and potential merger & acquisition targets.
