Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with organizational goals and budget constraints
Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers to secure the best value for the company
Oversee the entire purchasing process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality control
Collaborate with department heads to determine purchasing needs and forecast demand
Analyze market trends, pricing data, and supplier performance to make informed purchasing decisions
Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory levels, and supplier information in compliance with company policies and Saudi Arabian regulations
Conduct regular inventory audits and coordinate with storeroom personnel
Mentor and supervise junior purchasing staff, providing guidance and performance feedback
Cultivate and manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable and high-quality supply
