What is the role?
Our Cooks provide service between our a la carte and buffet environments. All our roles are focused on exciting our guests with flair and enthusiasm and demonstrating a genuine passion for cooking and the kitchen. Reporting directly to the Head Chef, you will form a key part of a team who are responsible for providing high quality product to our lounge passengers.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Prepare, cook and serve food for the breakfast buffet showing variety and flair
- Ensure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage following stock control procedures
- Assist the preparation of ingredients, which includes chopping, slicing, dicing, and measuring food products.
- Ensure Food Safety protocols are followed
- Keep all working areas clean and tidy. Cook is required to wash all dishes during service
- Ensure all equipment is maintained, serviced and cleaned. Report any problems to the CDP & Head Chef
