You’ll deliver efficient, high-quality mini bar service while providing warm and professional hospitality aligned with Sofitel luxury standards.
You’ll also:
- Refill and check mini bars according to guest consumption
- Ensure trolleys, storage areas, and service spaces are clean and well stocked
- Record charges accurately and report stock discrepancies
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
- Communicate with IRD to clear trays/trolleys on guest floors
- Take responsibility for assigned floors and organise daily mini bar service
- Provide prompt, professional service and support the team during busy periods
