- Lead, mentor, and develop the Reservations team to achieve service excellence and revenue targets while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
- Manage occupancy forecasting, monthly objectives, and revenue strategies in partnership with senior management to drive business growth
- Handle incoming reservation inquiries professionally while identifying and maximizing upsell opportunities to increase revenue
- Monitor and optimize room availability, rate structures, and inventory across Property Management Systems (PMS), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and online booking platforms
- Conduct regular yield management meetings and collaborate effectively with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue teams to align organizational goals
- Oversee group bookings, special allocations, and promotional inventory with meticulous attention to accuracy and detail
- Ensure high accuracy of all reservation data, communications, and reporting to maintain operational integrity
- Analyze booking trends, occupancy patterns, and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making and identify improvement opportunities
- Implement efficient processes and innovative solutions to enhance team productivity and customer satisfaction
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting organizational values and service excellence both internally and externally
