Reporting to the Front Office Manager you will be responsible for the successful operation of the Front Office Department:
What will you be doing:
- Managing the day to day operations of the front desk you will be responsible for tasks such as check ins/outs, loyalty sign ups, reporting, and assisting with guest needs.
- You will supervise and manage the front office team while on shift, and will be responsible for effective onboarding and training.
- Ensuring we create unforgettable guest service is delivered to each of our guests with a focus on driving loyalty.
- Most importantly you will effectively manage any emergency situations that arise within the Hotel, ensuring you follow Hotel procedures and processes.
