- Assist in managing daily operations of the food and beverage department while maintaining high standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the F&B Manager to develop and implement innovative menu concepts, service strategies, and operational improvements
- Lead, train, mentor, and motivate F&B team members to consistently deliver outstanding customer service and maintain professional standards
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, implement cost control measures, and optimize profitability through efficient resource management
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment
- Address guest complaints promptly, professionally, and empathetically to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing special events, promotions, and themed dining experiences
- Analyze sales data, guest feedback, and operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Participate in staff scheduling, payroll management, and performance evaluations to support team development
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure quality products and competitive pricing
- Stay current with industry trends, culinary innovations, and best practices in F&B operations
- Customize service experiences based on guest preferences and dietary requirements
- Support the F&B Manager in budget planning and financial management of departmental operations
