Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to enhance brand awareness, drive revenue, and position the hotel as a leading luxury destination in Agadir. This role blends creativity, analytics, and strong knowledge of the luxury hospitality market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement annual marketing and communication plans aligned with Sofitel brand standards.
Identify target markets (leisure, wellness, luxury travelers, MICE, etc.) and create tailored campaigns.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
2. Brand Management
Ensure all communications reflect Sofitel鈥檚 luxury positioning and French art de vivre identity.
Maintain consistency across digital, print, and on-property branding.
Collaborate with the regional and corporate marketing teams of Accor.
3. Digital Marketing
Oversee website content, SEO/SEM, and online campaigns.
Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) with a strong visual storytelling approach.
Optimize presence on OTA platforms and review sites (TripAdvisor, Booking, etc.).
4. Public Relations & Partnerships
Build relationships with media, influencers, and tourism boards.
Organize press trips, events, and brand activations.
Develop partnerships with luxury brands and local businesses.
5. Revenue & Campaign Management
Support sales team with promotional campaigns and offers.
Track campaign ROI and adjust strategies accordingly.
Work closely with Revenue Management to align pricing and promotions.
6. Event & Experience Marketing
Promote spa, wellness, gastronomy, and events within the hotel.
Create seasonal campaigns (summer, holidays, special events).
