Lead Your Station
Take ownership of a designated station, ensuring readiness, organization, and smooth execution throughout service.
Prepare, season, and cook dishes to exact specifications, consistently meeting Rimrock’s luxury standards.
Anticipate needs during service, maintaining pace while upholding quality and presentation.
Craft with Care
Follow recipes, presentation standards, and dietary requirements with precision and consistency.
Execute dishes that highlight local ingredients, reflecting both sustainability and a strong sense of place.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail in plating, portioning, and final presentation.
Operational Excellence
Operate kitchen equipment safely and confidently, demonstrating strong technical expertise.
Uphold HACCP, FOODSAFE, and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean, organized, and service-ready station.
Support prep planning and mise en place to ensure seamless service execution.
Team & Culture
Support and guide junior cooks where needed, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing kitchen environment.
Communicate clearly and proactively with the culinary team during service.
