What Youโll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts, focusing on businesses within close proximity to the hotel
- Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships to maximise retention and revenue opportunities
- Proactively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities
- Build strong partnerships with travel agents and key stakeholders to drive account performance
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections to promote hotel offerings
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with revenue targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client expectations
- Prepare proposals, follow up on leads, and ensure timely response to all client enquiries
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and account information within sales systems
