Key Responsibilities
Culinary Preparation & Food Quality
- Oversee preparation and presentation of menu items at an assigned station.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to recipes and standards.
- Support menu development and culinary innovation when required.
Kitchen Operations & Efficiency
- Manage prep lists and ensure service readiness.
- Monitor food cost awareness and minimize waste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Supervise and mentor junior culinary colleagues.
- Foster teamwork and professional kitchen culture.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen leadership and front-of-house teams.
Safety & Compliance
