We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Outlet Manager to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
- Lead and inspire a team of food and beverage professionals, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service and product quality
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability whilst maintaining guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimise operational efficiency across all outlets
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Analyse sales data and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu offerings and promotional activities
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Participate in budgeting and financial planning processes for the F&B department
