We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Government and Corporate sales division in Cairo, Egypt. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to capture market opportunities within both government and corporate sectors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth in complex, relationship-based sales environments.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting government agencies and corporate clients in the Egyptian market
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key government decision-makers and corporate procurement officers
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and market gaps
- Manage the full sales cycle, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure
- Oversee pipeline management and forecast accuracy to ensure predictable revenue streams
- Customize solutions and presentations to address specific government procurement requirements and corporate needs
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, KPIs, and team productivity to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal departments including operations, finance, and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand market presence
- Ensure compliance with government contracting regulations and corporate procurement policies
