- Drive business and build relationships across key segments - corporate, MICE, leisure, consortia, and entertainment;
- Keep the pipeline fresh and future-focused;
- Proactively seek out sales opportunities, from sales calls and site inspections to networking events and industry showcases;
- Develop tailored proposals, pitch creative ideas, and close deals that deliver both revenue and memorable guest experiences;
- Collaborate with the marketing and F&B teams on activations, packages, and experiences that drive interest and conversions;
- Represent 25hours The Olympia at industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings - always flying the flag for the brand;
- Stay ahead of trends in travel, hospitality, and lifestyle to keep your sales strategy current and compelling;
- Manage key accounts and long-term partnerships with care, ensuring retention and repeat business;
- Contribute to forecasts, reporting, and analysis to track performance and uncover new opportunities;
