- Supervise and manage food and beverage staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage service in accordance with company standards
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and analyse costs to optimize profitability
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and reconcile daily financial reports
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Train and mentor team members on service protocols, product knowledge, and customer engagement
- Conduct regular quality checks on food presentation, beverage preparation, and service delivery
- Collaborate with kitchen and food and bevearge ambassadors to coordinate operations and resolve operational challenges
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests
- Analyse operational metrics and provide recommendations for service improvements.
